Pressure is hard to measure; it holds you like a teather. It is hard to admit when you have to deal with it.But find your own way that is legit.Sometimes you feel it from head to toe and you just don?t know what to do.Why not go for a run, just for fun.You could take a walk or sit down and talk.Go take a nap when you are about to snap.Close you eyes and count to ten; if that fails then try it again.Pressure we all got it, so just deal and continue to follow these tips to keep yourself real.
"Stressed" Written By: Sydney Cavanagh (10th grade), Black River High School; Jayne Spence (12th grade); Ann Spence (10th grade), West Ottawa High School; Josh Marsman (11th grade), West Ottawa High School; Sabrina Parker (11th grade), West Ottawa High School; and Rachel Barbutti (12th grade) West Ottawa High School
Yo, when I am stressed, I just can?t get dressed.I wanna crawl back into bed because my life?s a mess. But wait, I can change my mind.I open the blinds and see the sunshine!I take a hot shower and regain my ballin? power.I am ready to go with my scented shampoo.I?m hanging with my homies and my fellow G?s.I am feeling really good because my pants are shagging at the knees.I listen to some music to blow off steam and then I play some b-ball because my life is a dream! So we?re wrapping it up don?t let stressors be a pressure, just shake it off like ayyyy! Whateva!
