Peer Resistance Skills Camp-Success!
The weekend of February 26-28, 2010 students from Cousino High School, Bentley High School and Farmington High School reaffirmed their own commitment to stay alcohol and drug free as they learned about how to teach 5th grade students about peer pressure and how to say "no".  This weekend was a once and a lifetime opportunity for SLS and Michigan youth as two guests from different countries shared in the experience.  Ramakrishnmaraju (Raju) Rudraraju from India and Shadab Shah from Nepal joined us to learn about youth-led prevention and how to implement it in their countries.  Thank Raju and Shadad for your passion and enthusiasm for youth-led prevention.  The solution to youth alcohol and drug use is within the YOUTH!
